Empowerment Ministry is a God given & Faith driven conference-based vehicle; that travels annually to & from various cities encouraging, empowering, & engaging with those who are willing to experience a mid-day conference like none other! During the conference you will experience Empowering Preaching, Soulful Singing, Food, & Fellowship. But most importantly, you will ENCOUNTER the presence of God.

C.W.C. Empowerment Ministry is on assignment to reach & bring together Men, Women, & Children from all walks of life; to be part of an unparalleled personalized empowerment experience. We are aspired to inspire, educate, and empower every person to become catalysts in their own lives and communities - while displaying as ambassadors for Christ. Our goal is to drive many souls into the arc of safety.

At The Cross …

C.W.C. Empowerment Ministry Conference takes place annually - in March, during early spring. The month of March is when our Founder was naturally birthed and in the same month, she was spiritually saved - yielding to baptism at the age of 12.

WHEN IS ThE empowerment experience?

march 18, 2023 - “Evidence of endurance”

The birthing of C.W.C. Empowerment Ministry Conference was held at the Columbus GA Convention & Trade Center. Our speakers were Pastor E. Snead (Phenix City, AL); Elder, Glory Holt (Atlanta, GA); & Pastor, V. Ellison (Camp Hill, AL). Our singers were Pastor, Monte Maddox & Highly Favored, The Caldwell Singers, & Alexis Phillips.

Our music was given by Kea & The Fella’s - a collective band from the Columbus GA & Phenix City areas.

march 16, 2024 - “Faithful 2 finish”

The 2nd Annual C.W.C. Empowerment Experience was held at the Von Braun Center located in Huntsville, AL. Our speakers were Bishop, Elijah Gray III (Decatur, AL); Pastor, Elizabeth Raybon (Prospect, TN); and Pastor, Antyone Green (Athens, AL). Our singers were Megan Humphrey, PreVail Singers, & special guest Mario D. Smith - with hit song entitled “Press On”.

Our music was provided by a very well known & talented group of musicians from the North Alabama area.

Vendors were available as well!

The 3rd Annual C.W.C. Empowerment Experience was held at the Embassy Suites @ Centennial Park, located in Downtown Atlanta, GA. Our speakers were Bishop, J.D. Means, Sr. (Atlanta, GA) & Pastor, Vincent Ellison, Jr. (Camp Hill, AL). Our singers were PreVail Singers of Arkansas & Disciple of Faith (D.O.F.) Voices of Atlanta, GA.

Our music was provided by a very well known & talented group of musicians from the North Alabama area.

Vendors in attendance were - Amber Copeland, Founder of “Cope Hair Care” & Veronica Whitehead, Owner of “Bling Jewelry.”

There is a POUR coming, & YOU are being commissioned to be in the room.

CWC Empowerment Ministry’s 4th Annual Empowerment Conference, “THE POUR” is more than another gathering, it is a divine invitation for men and women who are hungry for a fresh encounter with God, ready to be emptied of what has weighed them down & prepared to receive what Heaven desires to pour into their lives.

THE POUR represents a moment of refreshing, refilling, restoration, impartation, & commissioning.

There are seasons when God calls us to pour out, but there are also sacred moments when He calls us to position ourselves to be poured into. You may have spent months giving to your family, serving in ministry, carrying responsibilities, encouraging everyone around you, building, leading, surviving, praying, & pressing forward. But on March 20, 2027, the invitation is simple:

Come empty! Come thirsty! Come expecting!

This conference is being cultivated as an atmosphere where worship can flow freely, the Word of God can penetrate deeply, prayer can break barriers, & men and women can receive the spiritual strength necessary for their next assignment. We believe God is preparing to pour out fresh oil, fresh vision, fresh strength, fresh revelation, & fresh fire!

But THE POUR does not end with what you receive. You are being filled so that you can be sent.

This is a commissioning call to the men & women, leaders & servants, builders & visionaries, intercessors & worshippers, the weary & the hungry, the established & the emerging. Whether you arrive needing restoration or ready for activation, THIS ROOM IS FOR YOU!
